Many Fortunes Have Been Made In This Type Of Business That Should Be No Surprise To Anyone

Business, Network Marketing.

Network marketing - the ultimate people's business - you may well have heard of network marketing and you may know that it is fundamentally a people business. There may be people out there who disagree with this, particularly those who have had some bad experiences however most involved will agree with this description. It has also been labelled a peoples' franchise because of similarities in the business model.

One of the main characteristics of this type of business is that each affiliate is in the business for themselves but not by themselves. - many fortunes have been made in this type of business that should be no surprise to anyone. They always form part of a larger group and the compensation plans are such that each person can rely on support from their up line in some form or shape. It is also no surprise to hear that this does not happen for most people who participate in the business however everyone has pretty much the same chance to succeed. This makes this type of business the most equitable type of business across all industries. Whatever your age, race, gender, political affiliation or background, you are afforded the same opportunity to succeed and the only measurement at the end of the day is the results attained. Financial return is often not the biggest return people involved in the industry attain.

Now all entrepreneurs are faced with challenges in growing their business so this is not unique to the internet marketing brigade, they also grow and learn. - the challenges they face whilst building their business transforms people by forcing them out of their comfort zones and the lessons learnt are priceless. The major difference is on the method of learning. They will rarely have studied personal development, attended workshops nor bought books and tapes on the subject. In a' normal' business, entrepreneurs learn from family, a mentor or through trial and error, all examples of non - formal education. With network marketing, this type of education and training is built into the training system of the best companies. Companies may disagree with this citing large amounts spent on education, training employees and assisting them in personal development but this is more about personnel development not personal development - this is the big difference.

No other industry places such a strong emphasis on the significance of personal development. - as far as schools go, network marketing is probably the best, it is all about building people and teaching them what it takes to be successful.
